This new management is awesome. I love the fact that they have more community involvement and everyone at the office is friendly and very welcoming. Plus the new update to the apartments make me feel like this is actually a home rather than just a college apartment.
Future parents and students of mtsu...stay away from the vie...there is a robbery, stabbing, or shooting every week..student housing ...that's a joke!! More dangerous than our local projects... Facebook the vie apts and just look at the crime that's going on there.
I have lived here for two years. The management has ALWAYS not been up to part. But recently, a tragedy happened and they did not handle it properly. I cannot wait until I move!
If they had a 0 they would def. get it! This place is some trash! The violence here is out of control! The management sucks along with the maintenance team! We asked to get our carpet clean back in December! They said we will get right on it for some reason that never happened. Ive talked to several managers and they basically told lies. I went into the office trying to work a situation out and they constantly lied to me. I've called corporate countless times and never heard nothing. Perfect place, someone gets shot at every other week. Amazing management, and if you don't like the current ones, wait a month and a new one will be brought in! The new wood floors are amazing, especially since I had to buy a new laptop after mine was stolen by the installers. The gate keeps everyone out, and I mean everyone since it doesn't work half the time. Worst decision I've made being here. I'm just walking away and leaving my keys on the countertops, it's so bad.
If you want to hang out get, party, do drugs, and only hear from the office when you owe money or they have a new party coming up...go ahead and move right in....if you want what the pictures on the website show and a quality well kept property and apartment may I suggest pretty much anywhere other than here..

I have tried to be patient with this complex as much as possible for the past 3 yrs but I think it's time to say that this is honestly the worst apartment complex ever. They do everything humanly possible to get as much money out of people as they can, they promise things and never deliver, the office workers and management team are never on the same page, they take as long as possible to fix anything so you just forget about it rather than them have to actually do work, and they threaten eviction every time there is a probl... read more
