Braelon hosted my tour today and he was amazing! He was super engaging and thorough with information and answering my questions. This made me sign my lease immediately. I appreciate the warm welcome and I look forward to making UV my home ☺️
Its was an ok stay. The office will ignore any problems you have and they do not listen to roommate preferences. Also half the staff don't know what they're doing and they get stuff wrong all the time. Good place to live if you don't mind living with 3 strangers. Very affordable.
Lived here for two years. Decently cheap apartments although having random roommates was pretty rough and bad pairings. Was overcharged on rent one time and then had to harass the front office to receive any type of credit for it. Very young staff and not great communication but overall a decent place to live, especially if you bring roommates with you
Love this place the staff are amazing great rates they have everything you need and more
