I lived in University Village Apartments for 3 years as a student attending Ball State University and my overall opinion of these apartments are that they aren’t the most glamorous or beautiful apartments but they were doable for a college student. I had a 4 bed 4 bath and my rent was an average over 3 years of $380-$430 with utilities included. First off, all the 5 stars are fake reviews. They'll do anything to keep their reputation. They moved us into an apartment with mold, and they did not clean it when asked. There is weird security that patrols at nights, and they're probably working with law enforcement. Scammy seeming apartment. Random inspections, terrible maintenance, terrible management.
I have had a horrible experience with the property management team. According to the front desk staff, the property is undergoing some “changes” within management so they are sending all concerns to headquarters. However, NO ONE at headquarters ever responds back. I have been trying since April to get in contact with anyone in management who can handle my concerns/situation and still nothing.
