Video Revolution has one of the largest displays of televisions, camcorders, stereos, speakers, and accessories in Tulsa. The service & repair audio/video equipment on site. You don't have to mail equipment out. They also do video editing and duplications. I would have given this store five stars a couple of years ago, but this year customer service has suffered. My salesman Josh at Video Revolution gave the most information, the best price and service I could ask for. I hate shopping and he made it fun and relaxed. He came out to our house on his own time to make sure we were getting the right stuff and to make sure we knew what we were getting into. A few days later I had some questions and he had given me his cell phone number, he answered all my questions and seemed as if whatever he was doing stopped just to take care of me on a Sunday when he was off work.
My parents (in their 70's) have bought a couple of HDTV's from these guys. Excellent service in the store, competitive prices and their installers do very nice clean work when they hang the TV's. I live in CA so it's good to know I can call VR if my parents need an upgrade or a repair/install.
Did not make a purchase but excellent service. Went to store to replace a Mitsubishi remote. Tried out used older model that was spotty working. Noticed the battery coil was corroded even though the batteries showed no sign of deterioration. Staff cleaned up, at no charge and the remote works fine. They saved me money. Will certainly go back when the need arises to look for a new t v.
