Jenna is awesome! I have loved having her as my trainer. She has helped me to become stronger and more fit.
I wrote it in the post and its too long to write again got to get ready to go to the fitness center Vidant wellness yeah the staff is so friendly and helpful you don't have to search for people to get some help and even the managers and administrators walk around with smiles on their face it's just such a pleasant environment and I do quite well there because it is so much fun so I would recommend this to anyone even people that have arthritis or have problems with their knees the facility will train you how to work around y... read more
Zumba is the best I go as much as I can. I have made many friends
Bright lights and it's cleanliness is awesome. Private aerobics room are a plus where you can do your own thing without feeling like someone's staring at you..pretty cool music mix...
I love this place very much They are very helpful there
I've tried other gyms, but none hold a candle to Vidant Wellness Center.
I encountered so much love from all who worked there. They made it like home for me and my family. I will be visiting them soon....
Great staff and facility. Fun spin classes. Pool is also very good, though getting lanes is tough.
