Thankful for the early open time to get a workout in before work!
I love all the things Vidant Wellness has to offer. Weights, cardio machines, a multitude of land and water classes. Not to mention my daughter gets to climb the rock wall and play in the interactive room while I'm exercising. I also love the smoothies, snacks, and food they have to offer!! Wonderful place
I enjoy the convenience of having a gym right next to work The center has all of the amenities you would find and/or expect from other gyms. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is with the weekend hours. For ppl that work weekends(7am-7pm), you are out of luck because the center closes to early
A GREAT PLACE TO WORK OUT AT . GREAT FACILITY, MACHINES AND ENVIRONMENT.
Love going there, Instructors are awesome! Place is clean. Could go for classes of the sort, eg interval training?
