After over 25 years membership another gym we decided to change memberships, a scary decision at best. But when a gym decreases the classes I loved we needed another option. Sometimes change is good and this was a great move. We have found the staff friendly and helpful and they seem to have put the fun into exercise! I like the aqua and zumba classes and have found fun, knowledgable, wonderful instructors in both.
