Semi-annual cleaning appointment today. Casi Thigpen did an exceptional job. She is an asset to this dental center. I look forward to seeing her next March. Also enjoyed the quick visit with Stewart Hamilton. You are also surrounded by friendly, caring staff members at the front desk.
This was my first visit to the Dental Center and I was very impressed. It would be my guess that very few people "enjoy" going to the dentist and I have probably had my share of visits over the years. But, everyone that I had contact with today was extremely pleasant and professional. Rita (my wife) and I have been needing to find a "dental home" since our last dentist closed shop to go in another direction with her life. If we continue to feel as we both do now I think we have found that home.
Thank you for the professional and excellent service that you offered for my dental care. Along with this, everyone was so warm, kind, and caring.
Everybody that knows me knows the dentist is not my favorite place to go. I'm always anxious before visiting but when I arrive and Amy takes me to the back and starts entertaining, I mean talking with me I become a little more relaxed. She is very careful to explain what and why she is doing anything before she proceeds. She has everything checked and in place for Dr. Morris to re-check and evaluate. Dr.Rick and his assistant was awsome! I would recommend them to anyone.
My 5 year old daughter has been coming to Vidalia Dental Center since she was 3 and every time she goes it has been a good experience for her. All the staff responds well to young children and they make her feel so special while she is there. I am very thankful to have a place close to home that takes care of her dental needs and makes sure she has a great smile.
As always the service that was provided today was impeccable. Dr. Hamilton is a true professional and i feel that Vidalia is fortunate to have him. The dental assistants are profesional also.They are very good at making you feel comfortable and at ease during the procedures.
Could not have been any better.
