Destroyed my hair! I went there in March to do a relaxer, a cut and color (which is not real color is actually recommended to get after a relaxer but it washes off after 10 washes) . Before I went to this place I spoke with the relaxer specialist 3 times! To make SURE she knew how to do a relaxer. so unhappy Simply the worst salon experience of my life! It is eight months later since my cut and I am still horribly disappointed. I have already had to cut off two inches to somewhat balance the train wreck on my head. I wish I could warn everyone before they spend their hard-earned money on this rip-off joint! I am so disappointed; I expected to be treated professionally and receive a great, sassy cut. :(
Amazing! Thank you Sassoon!! I recently got my hair colored by Alohi. I loved it she not only took time to listen to my ideas, she explained what would look best for me. I've been back a couple of times now, the last time I saw Joel. He was equally amazing for my haircut. I am definitely sold on them!! Oh and the receptionists and assistants were first class as well. :) I can never go anywhere else.
Great Salon-fixed a hair color mess up from another place I recently went to this Vidal Sassoon at South Coast Plaza and had my hair done there by the colorist Marsha, who did a great job repairing my hair color from another stylist at another salon. My hair looks beautiful! – I have been getting my hair done at Sassoon for a little over a year now and I love it! I have been seeing Bailey for my color and Sean for my cut and it always looks amazing. Bailey has been highlighting my hair and it always looks great, she does it so it looks so natural that people don't even think I color my hair. LOVE MY STYLIST'S – I have been going to Sassoon salon for just about a year. I have never looked better! I have struggled with my curly hair for my entire life until I met Rhys. I mean being able to leave the salon without having to wet my hair down. I now have a unique, managable style that suits me. Thanks to Mimi my color stays fablous and my hair stays healthy.
