I purchased 2013 Toyota Avalon HB with 34K miles, Previous owner was Finance Manager Al Rizzotti, When I purchase this car, He told me that he put new tires and has wheel alignment is done nothing to worry, now I went to go for oil change at Schaumburg Toyota and they told me that i need to have wheel alignment because you have new tires, I called AL RIZZOTI and told him that this is regular wear and tear you have to do on your own, I reminded him that he told me that he take care of his car and done everything you should ho... read more
Midtown is not the most convenient dealer for me to go to, but by far the best in customer service and attention to detail. I bought my slightly used 2009 Toyota at the end of 2009 and have been going there ever since. I went to the dealer closest to my office one time for an emergency, but that was a disaster and Midtown had to fix what the other dealer's service dept tried to work on!!! I just had an odd situation and Thomas in the Service Dept handled things with 100% satisfaction!! Midtown rocks!! Thank you
