I had very good results. Thomas Saydian is very professional gives the best service and the rep who actually changed my brakes, dont know his name gave very good service, the problem was corrected. I had gone to another dealership prior to and got very unsatisfactory service.

This is what is amazing. The service crew at Midtown Toyota sympathy with you. They look at your car, they listen to you, they tell you they will figure out what's wrong and then....then they honestly tell you the truth. But they also know you may not be a rich person so they really explain the necessity of your needs and work out the best deal for you. The HELP you with a goal to get you going.
