By giving five stars, we wish to express our appreciation for Victory management for taking care of our affairs successfully and thoroughly. Especially at times where we had to face serious difficulties such as squatters, and other unusual challenges. Victory was capable of thinking outside of the box and coming up with creative solutions and doing everything to protect our affairs. I do not care what anyone writes on here about this real estate company, but they are very rude and untrustworthy. How do you evict someone, and not give them 30 days to remove their stuff, and throw away their child's ashes when the person asked you not to and tried to make arrangements to claim them within the 30 days. LeRon Grossman, stated, and I quote "oh well I threw the ashes away and all of your, belongs and I am not talking about it no more". The tenant is distraught, and heart broken.
