While other apartments are re-opening their amenities, Victory Place has elected to use an amenity pass system where residents are limited and must compete for time slots in the common areas. Our amenity use is limited to 1-2 hours per day. My girlfriend (who is not even allowed in the amenities) and I were alone on the outdoor rooftop and were told that we needed to go back inside as the rooftop will be closing at 8pm going forward, which somehow keeps us safer. RecommendedNick was so helpful and described and showed all the amenities concisely and personably. The entire complex is so beautifully designed and has such a pleasant atmosphere. The front desk associates couldn't be nicer and are always willing to help with a smile. Even the residents are friendly and polite. I couldn't ask for a better place to live.
Ever since I arrived at Victory Place, my apartment has felt like a home. Raul and Mike have been incredibly helpful at the front desk with numerous questions. Michael went above and beyond with my maintenance request within an hour of when I submitted it. And, the community and location of the apartment is unrivaled. I have friends who have lived in Dallas their whole lives who are shocked by how nice yet affordable this complex is.
I love it! Wonderful staff who go above and beyond. Prime location. I’m surrounded by wonderful places to eat, work out, socialize, etc. and I’m only a short uber or scooter ride from anywhere else I need to be. The views and amenities are AMAZING. I am so excited for the next year! You’ll love it too!
We had a ton of options when moving to Dallas. We chose victory place because it was exactly what we were looking for. A great view, great amenities and a staff that is always helpful. Every time I walk into my apartment I’m grateful for the choice we made as I have the skyline of downtown Dallas in my view
