They had my Pathfinder 4 weeks, said it was ready, picked it up, it was driving terrible, stopped at store, & couldn't start. Really??? Terrible

Very disappointed with this dealership. My car has transmission issues but I had an extended warranty on my car. They had my car for almost a month if not longer before getting the warranty "approved" then proceeded to tell me there was rust on the catalytic converter so if they broke it, I would have to pay for it! Uh, no. I had it towed to Action Nissan in Nashville and not only are they fixing it for me, they're also giving me a rental car to drive until it's fixed. Thanks for wasting almost 2 months of my time!

The car buying process is stressful enough, but the customer service at this dealership will make that stress much easier to deal with. My salesperson was Jeff Jones, and he is the absolute best!! Jeremy was very helpful as well. And Sean in finance is a sweetheart! We will definitely be returning customers for as long as they are in Dickson.
