Poor customer service, I will be calling the hall of shame just a horrible
Horrible experince I ever had I wouldn’t send anyone here.
This rating deals only with the commercials. I have not been to the dealership. Why does "Big Bob" find the need to scream during his commercials? I really like the one where the "cop" pulls over the guy for "too high car payments" but when he screams "I'm Big Bob" it is a total turn off. It would have been far more effective to just tip his hat and say his lines. His screaming is a total turn-off. I would not walk into his dealership because of the impression he gives. Totally unprofessional.
Big Bob is a idiot. I am embarrassed for him and his commercials. I test drove a few of their vehicles and all junk.
I bought a car that i ended up having inspected after the sale (shame on me ).found out that it needed $3000 in repairs transmission etc. I found this out when the repair shop noticed the "check engine" light was disengaged which is a FEDERAL OFFENSE. ...they said there's nothing we can do...when i brought it in to get looked at they said "oh you bought a big bob special "...DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This place sold my fiance a rental car that was in an accident and never told her. The car was marked up $10000 than what it was worth. Never trust these guys!!
I cant believe the commercials this guy does. I am embarrassed for him. So unprofessional! I live down the street from this dealership and many times was tempted to go in there. I would never ever buy a car from this jerk! Now he has his face on a platter saying im big bob. REALLY?
