7500 market adjustment on a Palisade hidden as made up packages. Even when asked what the packages included got no answer other than, these vehicles are in high demand. Had a chance to earn our business but the info above tells me they are shady and taking advantage given the current market. Buyer beware!
RecommendedService department was very nice to talk to explain everything
Just took my palisade for first service made the appointment 10 am got there 15 min early. Left 2 1/2 hrs later for just service. They did not have it together. Would not recommend. Will take to Johnson City where I bought it next time. Too many people doing nothing. The lady sitting with me in waiting area was still there when I left she said her first service took 3 hrs.
Jae Solo is the BEST person to help you purchase a new vehicle. Go see him and he’ll take great care of you. I’ve know him since we were kids together!!
