Had a 1:30 service appointment, and they agreed to service it while i wait, because the service agreement they pitched when i purchased it turns out can only be honored at this store 2 hrs from my house. its now nearly 3:30 and they tell me my car hasnt even been started.
Buy your Honda from anywhere but here!!! Seriously.
Dealer lied about having the model of car we had been in talks about. Took the cost of a rental car and half my family's Sunday to find out not only we were lied to about the type of car but also that the car he hoped to sell us on was used. Made no efforts to remedy the situation. Didn't even bother to order or wait list. Terrible experience all around.
