GASLIGHTERS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was sold a BG Fuel Induction Service and ethanol treatment at a Honda dealership for my 2022 Civic. After checking Honda’s own service information, Honda states that fuel injection cleaning/flushing is not recommended and is an unnecessary maintenance procedure under normal conditions. I had a mixed experience purchasing my Honda CR-V last week. My salesman, Charles Webb, was very good. Kind, patient with questions, genuine. He was quick to respond to any communication. Unfortunately, I did not ask about all the charges that went into the purchase. The whole process had been a bit overwhelming. I found out after signing that I had to pay for CarDocConnect (something I do not need/want) $1995 (they lowered to $1600 to help me get my payments down) and CarDocMaintenance (something I decided would be helpful)... read more
