Avoid the service department. I was helped by Sultan and he kept recommending nonsense service such as coolant needs refill and it didn’t. He also never gave me the coupon on oil change. Also, one time the service department changed oil and never put the oil cap, after 2 months, I noticed it. So I took it to dealer, all they did just put it back and told me no need to replace oil and if needed to do it, I have to pay. They are all about ripping you off with scam service recommendation. They don't want your money unless you get the "mandatory" 2,000-4,000$ add ons for their Car Doc connect theft prevention and Car Doc warranty. When I politely said I was not interested in these add ons, all of my information and paperwork was taken from me and thrown in the trash. I was then told that if I don't want to pay these add ons I should take my business elsewhere. Victory Honda clearly doesn't think my money's any good here unless I donate to their margins.
