Front desk workers will talk about you and gossip when you can hear them will never answer or return phone calls as I sit in the emergency room waiting on emergency surgery I can't get ahold of one person to reschedule an appointment and know I won't get a call back never do I will have to pay a 15 dollar fee now because literally they don't answer the phone .
