I purchased a Focus ST from Roland a few days ago and the buying experience couldn't have been more seemless! (VERY knowledgeable in the product as well) I shopped at Zeck Ford on the exact same ST and didn't get nearly as good a deal. I highly recommend this dealer to ANYONE trying to buy a new Ford.

Jeff Harvey and Dan Henry are the best. In fact the entire sales team is great. My daughter was in a wreck on Friday and her car was totaled. Today she was able to drive off the lot in her new used Explorer She loves it and Jeff and Dan did their best to give her a good deal and a great experience. I am proud and honored to work with such a great group of people.
VERY bad experience here! Tried to buy my first car here. Not only was my buying process completely unorganized, but the Escape we bought had a bent rim hidden under a newer hub cap! Upon further inspection after the dealership replaced the tire and rim, we took it to another mechanic to learn it need the CV joint and bearing replaced! Horrible experience. This is not what we paid the dealer price for!!!
