I took my car in to have the recalls fixed and they ended messing up my remote start. I came back in the next day so they could fix it and they wanted to charge me to fix.
We got great service and a great price on our 2011 RAV4 at Victory Ford. Thank you so much to Scott and the team for making it a great experience. The car we drove off the lot is beautiful. Could not have been treated better.
Was told 1&1/2 hours for 4 new tires and a oil change took 2 hours 45 minutes.sat there and watched lack of work in the shop.people on their phones talking and having a good time.I know some fun time is needed but not when people are waiting.then i was told i had a front wheel bearing making noise.unless me and 2 others are deaf theres no noise
Everytime we come here with our fleet vehicles it takes hours longer than we are told for routine maintenance. 6 hours to change 6 tires and still haven't done the alignment. I'm done.
The service counter guys were great and the lobby is very nice. I love the idea of being able to watch your service being done.

2 weeks ago we traded in my 06 mustang to get my wife into a new car, and they got us into a Lincoln MKZ for a great price with the monthly payments at what we wanted them and also with a very low APR. They knew I was sad about losing my mustang, but just 2 days ago they got me into 2015 Mustang GT with the same great APR. So far everything has been easy to do and felt like we are part of the victory family. Thanks JR & Brian
WAHOO!!!!!! Best day ever!!!!! We went to several different dealerships looking for a Ford Explorer to buy. Everywhere we went, they couldn't get us into the vehicle we wanted at the price we needed.
