Holly is always incredible with her work, friendliness and professionalism. I have been going to this office for 19 years. I was surprised with meeting the new dentist (who is quite nice) to hear I needed two crowns when I was just there in the fall with another dentist who has retired. There was another new staff member who came into the area while Holly was working, moved my purse and had mentioned to my husband to come and sit (he was having his teeth cleaned after mine). I didn't appreciate this assumption on her part.
Holly is the BEST at what she does and I won't see any other person. There is a new person (an asst.?) who was pushy in various ways. While I have been going to this office for 19 years and our dentist(s) retired, I didn't find it professional for this person to speak negatively as to how one dentist pushed off treatments, patients are coming in and being surprised they need additional work due to this and was overall aggressive; kind of overbearing. Maybe some training/coaching would help.
It was all great, cheerful and comfortable. I might like more time speaking with Dr. K. Also for Humana Medicare Advantage to coordinate better with your wonderful office staff!
Was terrified to go to a dentist they made me feel comfortable and accepted right after I left my appointment I recommended this facility to everyone I know!
Excellent service as usual. Friendly, professional and clean environment. You all are awesome!!
Everything was great. However I did not get a cleaning done. So I'm sure my response may be different on the next few visits. Just joking I'm sure everything will go just as good.
You might consider promoting-give sample easy to use floss sticks instead of regular floss string that people seem not to use so much, if you want to really promote frequent flossing.
What a bunch of nice friendly funny and competent people.
