This was my first visit and I'm pleased to say it was very relaxing! Service was great and my hygienist (Penny) made sure I was comfortable during the cleaning.
Ericka was great. She explained everything she was doing throughout my X-rays and cleaning. She had an amazingly gentle touch. Dr Ripplinger was great as well. I felt very comfortable during my visit.
This is the only office I have found that meets my needs consistently. Everyone listens to concerns, passes up important information to the doctor, and Dr. Ripplinger gives me ample time to explain medical conditions. I am still looking around for a general doctor that is as helpful as Dr. Ripplinger and his staff are in Dentistry and related concerns.
Hygienist Erica was great thanks Dr Dave and staff I am confident I am getting excellent dental care.
Great staff, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful; they conduct business in a personable manner and I "almost" enjoy my visits to your establishment?
I felt that everyone in the office was friendly except Dr Ripplingee. He was curt and acted like he was in a race. In his own words he talked how every client was a blur he was so busy. Then he spent the whole time talking to his assistant about things I consider business that be conducted at another time, not in front of clients
I have never been more comfortable with a dentist and staff then with Victory Dental
I love that I have a dentist in our neighborhood finally! Great people also!
