the day that I was in, Dr. Ripplinger was not equipped to fix my broken bridge. This is the second time, I had to take time off of work, just to be told I would have to reschedule. So on that day, he has supposedly made me an appointment with the lab to have them fixed. This appointment was for Friday the 8th. He gave me an address of 1000 N Curtis Rd. Always taken in at my appointment time quickly once I get there, hardly any wait. Everybody's always friendly & helpful.
I was in and out in 30 minutes for a molar extraction.Quick, x-ray , quick diagnosis,quick extraction with plenty of anesthetic.Good hands Doc! Post care fully explained. Whats not to like?
My procedure went very fast. Everyone was friendly and helped keep me at ease.
Our whole family comes to see Dr.Dave, we love how it doesn't feel like a stuffy doctors office, and you guys have always been so kind to me when I come in alone with my two kids that you guys know are going to cause grief but you have never made me feel bad about it. We will continue coming to you guys, and referring everyone we know, y'all are so great :)

was not impressed at all yesterday. I called in to make an appointment, because I was having issues with the bridge I received. I explained to the receptionist what the issue was, she scheduled me an appointment at 12. I am on time for my appointment and taken back to the room. The doctor comes in, I explain the issue. He states that he doesn't have time to deal with fixing it, which he informed me would take 15 minutes and I will need to leave my bridge and come back in a few hours, this is NOT an option.
