Had an appointment set this morning with “Rocket” at 10:20 to help address a seized lug nut on my spare wheel. Arrived at 10:18 I was approached by two different Lot attendants asking if I had been helped, I relayed them the same answer “I have a 10:20 with Rocket” After sitting for 20 minutes I finally backed out of the service drive and left. Had an appointment. Service finally found my appointment 8:20am. 2 hours later my Jeep is brought to me, dripping wet. Service was told not to wash my vehicle. Hand wash only. Completely water spotted, on my custom paint job. Service was told, Oil change only. Very disappointed with the service staff. I seemed to be an inconvenience.
