RecommendedI really appreciated the our salesperson, Roman and finance guy Adnane working hard to get us the best deal possible. My husband wasn't impressed with the detail of our new vehicle as my brand new black wheels were scratched where the detailer took something rough to clean them and left scratches on them. We have been in touch with AutoNation regarding this but haven't heard anything back. Other than that experience, the sales and finance of our vehicle was a good experience.

I traded in 2 vehicles for a new 2020 Ram on 7/1/2020, dealership took over 30 days to payoff the trade in loans and when they did they were short so I paid out of pocket. The first check was sent to the wrong address and after said they would overnight a new check but it took over a week to be received. Crazy part is to this day the dealership refuses to accept full responsibility of the matter and only say they are part at fault. RecommendedGustavo was amazing to work with from start to finish. Jayveon was also great. I drove two hours to test drive the vehicle and left my wallet/ID at home. Autonation was great allowing my husband to take pictures of items left at the house. I had no money to grab lunch or get gas to return home (car wasn’t ready). Gus stepped in and lent me cash. He kept in Touch over the week that my car was still at dealership. And, he drove the car himself to me for delivery. I couldn’t be happier with the process.

horrible!! all they want is money. came in last week for a diagnosis check paid $180 just to be told there was nothing wrong. I couldn't wait any longer so, I made an appointment today for inspection. less than 7 days later my 2019 jeep suddenly has codes. So, now im paying fees on top of a failed inspection. 😒

Absolutely do NOT recommend this dealership! We were there for over 9 hours just to purchase a vehicle. 4months later I’m having issues with the 2018 grand Cherokee Jeep. The screen is malfunctioning,and nothing works correctly on it. So all the sweet add ons that I thought I was getting I’m actually not. I called to try and have it looked at but it’s going to cost me $200 just so they can look at it and then decide if they want to cover it or not😡 it’s in the computer board but obviously it’s NOT covered!!!
