Victory was one of the absolute worst experiences we have had purchasing a vehicle! My husband was interested in purchasing a 2020 Ram Rebel with a MSRP of over $61k. I think the salesman was pretty new, at least I hope that was his excuse. We knew more about the vehicle than he did. every question we asked,he had to go ask someone else. Techs are not trained. Completely mis-diagnosed my problems. Washed my truck (didn’t need to) and broke antenna as well as 4-6 pieces of trim. No response to my request that they fix antenna and trim due to negligence!
