We were formerly California Emporium of Tattoos and have been in the same location in West Asheville since 1992. We are a traditional street shop with 1000's of designs, we're also happy to create a completely custom tattoo for you in any style you might want. Great place. Went in to see Steve and got some great California Ralph art by Greg. I will definitely be back when I am in town and I won't wait 20 years this time.

Went in with no idea on what I wanted, spur of the moment but Brody is awesome did an awesome job on my tattoo an answered all my stupid questions and will be returning to him for my next piece.
I had a fantastic experience at Victory Blvd. I went in, same day with some unusual requests and they were incredibly accommodating. Brody did beautiful work and was a real pleasure to work with. He clearly has a love for his craft and takes pride in his work. He will even correct your grammar on text which I really appreciate and is unfortunately rare in an artist. My tattoo is absolutely beautiful and I will definitely go back to Brody for any work I want done in the future. Highly recommend Victory Blvd and Brody!
