We specialize in expert, custom tattooing. Our award winning male and female staff have over 80 years of combined experience. We were formerly California Emporium of Tattoos and have been in the same location in West Asheville since 1992. We are a traditional street shop with 1000's of designs, we're also happy to create a completely custom tattoo for you in any style you might want. RecommendedGet tattooed here all the time. Got a tat from wade on Friday 13th that was flawless. If you want a big, bold tattoo from Tony or slick custom piece from Emily they can almost certainly accommodate you. Seriously A+++

I scheduled a surprise appointment for myself and the SO for our first tattoos! We live in GA but were visiting for the weekend. I reached out to several locations prior to the trip and Victory Blvd was the most professional with very reasonable pricing. My SO and I were both completely new to the world of tattooing and Emily was AMAZING at walking us through everything.
