Victory Bay has provided so much support through the journey of getting back into therapy! All the providers are truly amazing! It’s been a great experience that I would recommend to anyone thinking about therapy treatments.

Been using Victory Bay for the past few months and it’s been amazing!! Everyone has been so helpful and supportive and I truly have such a nice group for me. It’s very easy to text The service area and they are soo sweet and very patient.

Victory Bay does a great job at explaining their program and getting you "in the door," so to speak (it is only virtual). The initial conversation was great, but then I got bounced around from person to person and was left confused. It took almost a week to get started, which is longer than the first person I spoke with said (he said it'd only take a couple days). Highly recommend Victory Bay. They offer a wide range of therapy services to fit different needs, and their client experience support team truly stands out - from the very first interaction, you can tell they genuinely care. If you’re just starting to look into therapy the clinicians here make the process feel supportive rather than overwhelming.

I have been attending therapy for a out 3 months. Its been so much easier for me to attend therapy virtually. The startup was alot but I got used to the schedule pretty quickly. They have staff almost always available. Also are very quick to help with whatever is needed. I have had a few scheduling issues but they were fixed pretty quickly.
