The receptionist is rude, passive-aggressive if you unenroll from texts, and seems self-righteous / entitled. The dentist is nice, but he needs a change at the front desk.
I had a genuinely pleasant time here, and trust me, I've never said that about a dentist visit. My father was in the treatment chair, so I can only speak to my experience as a care helper. Shelly at the front desk was fun to talk to and connect with. Dr. Tony Lin communicated clearly to us in both Mandarin Chinese & English, about the diagnoses, treatment plan, and referral he offered. This guy is the biggest crook out. Does horrible work that you have to pay more for to get corrected. I wouldn’t recommend him. Save your money and get it done properly the 1st time

If you are a Plano Hispanic and you come here for root canals on your molars, the dr will instead use a donut burr on them for the Plano police to completely destroy them exactly like Corbin Bernsen’s character did in the movie “The Dentist” then brag about it on your follow up visit. Good luck ever eating solid food after that
