I love the bras from here but I refuse to buy online from them anymore. In the past year 3 separate orders have been marked as "delivered" when they never arrived to me. The orders are allegedly always delivered in 7-10 business days but when I call to say it hasn't arrived they can only say that they will resend it. On all 3 occasions certain items from the original order are no longer available and have to be cancelled. I placed an order with Victoria's Secret on July 1, 2020, and the tracking information through FedEx shows it was delivered on July 4, 2020. It is now July 15, 2020, and the package has not been found at my location. I find it odd that the package would have been delivered so quickly from Victoria's Secret. This has happened twice now and I will not order from Victoria's Secret again, though I am a VIP customer and have been for years. I did report this to Victoria's Secret and did receive credit.
