I was hugely disappointed in how I was treated today when I went to ********** Secret in ***************************** ( ********** **) I was dressed in a Cabelas hoodie and Camo pants. I had 3 different associates follow me around the store trying to look into my bags as if I stole something despite me asking for assistance and being very polite and they were very rude to me. I've never had a more uncomfortable experience there in all the years I've shopped there. I don't know if I ever wanna go back in there ever again.
Every single time I place an order for gets canceled! For the last 6 to 8 months I have place multiple orders and always get a follow email that my order has been canceled because the items arent in stock. Well then why do they say In stock on the website!??? Whats up with that! Its extremely frustrating and annoying seeing as tho I should be able to shop online at my convenience but I clearly cant! I even placed a complaint over the phone with VS and it went no where and no problem was resolved !
I ordered a bunch of stuff from there and never had a problem until now. First they sent me someone else's order, I had to contact customer service and I thought they were going to send me all my items however to find out they sent out everything I ordered except one and that one was missing , had go contact customer service again to rectify the situation and the rep said they were going to send me a replacement and I thought everything was good to go to find out they sent my item to the wrong address smh then it was returne... read more
I have my account for almost 2 years. I have had no problems making payments. I have skat enrolled in the assure program in case I am in a financial bind. I pay for this service every month. I had one payment come back, becausr i sent it to the wrong account, and you blocked my card for 3 months!!! I resubmitted the psyment when I ealized that it didn't get paid. I just closed my account even though I love VS. I recently went paperless billing with them and they did not send me any e-mails or texts or any other communication indicating I had a statement or payment due. I had a late charge 2x now because I never know when I need to pay my ****. It is almost designed to charge me late fees to make money. I don't have this issue with my other credit cards. They would not waive the late fee.
Very disappointed I am about to pay off my card and cancel my account. I love VS. The company was doing just fine, but for the past 2 years things have changed. I rarely receive any coupons. Sometimes when I go use a coupon code the code has already been used. Happened numerous times. I only complained once because I do not like to complain, but I have had enough. I visited the San Juan, PR location on 3/6/21. While standing in line being the next person to be checked out I noticed the two front cashiers making conversation and shortly after the male cashier directed me to go to the BACK of the store in the fitting room of all places to be checked out. I called to place an order today to use my old merchandise credits (which do not expire). After about an hour of them figuring out how to apply these to the order they told me I didn't qualify for free shipping because I used a credit and therefore that brought my "subtotal" under $100. First, this shouldn't be the case as the actual subtotal before applying my payment was well over $100. I placed an order on 11/1/2020 for $155. I received an email on 11/4 that my order would be arriving the next day. On 11/15 I received an email that my order was cancelled with no explanation. I did not cancel my order. I have been a customer for over 15 years and am highly disappointed as I’ve been waiting on my order and can not seem to get any answers.
