I have been trying to get online and pay my balance for months and the online system doesn’t work. I then try calling over the phone and they hang up every single time. My late fee needs to be removed or I will be sending this to my local news. I have spent time on the phone just to be hung up on by their customer service line for their credit card. FIX THIS! Hello - I want to formally comment on the complete lack of customer service your company provides to working women across your consumer base due to your horrible return policy. The process built around only allowing 30 days and then specifically providing only lowest price of the “year” in a substitution immediately is so inconvenient and definitely not customer centric. Bait and switch. I went to the website looking for panties — was delighted to see some in the style I wanted that were on clearance for $2.99 each. I followed the link to the page that also said “clearance $2.99”, and I was excited to see that were were actually eight colors to choose from. Two were gray — they look the same to me. I place an order online expecting it to be delivered within a standard amount of days. After the expected delivery date and contacting USPS my delivery was never made. I reached out to customer service and instead of trying to assist, they were complimenting me about what I ordered and how great the product was. I requested a refund and I was then told to wait another week just in case the delivery was made - this was already 5 days after the delivery date on their website. I love VS and shop there frequently for all my lingerie, panties, and bras. My youngest daughter is now a teenager and she loves shopping at VS too. Every time that I have had to deal with Customer Service, (which is not very often) but when I do they have always been very informative, pleasant, and took care of whatever it ways that I needed done. I absolutely LOVE shopping here and have loved it for about 13 years now. I will continue to shop here and no where else!! Thank you PINK Victoria's Secret!!! Thank you!!!
If could give you zero stars I would, you just lost a customer. I have been a customer for 10 years or more, and this year for my birthday I got myself some items on my card. The next thing I knew my credit was hit with -27points and no payment was due. I had just made my purchase on the 10th of September 2023. So how could the company already put my credit in the minus and ruin my credit score like that? I want an answer and I want the company to pay.

I had a rash both times I wore two different Victoria's Secret bras. My daughter bought me 2 bras in July or early August of 2023. After wearing the first bra, it was a hot day and I assumed the rash was just a heat rash. I wore the second bra a couple weeks later and had a much more severe rash all over each breast in the area covered by the lining/padded part of the bra. Made 2 purchases in June with no problems. Later realize VS keeps trying to charge me $52.95 over and over again to my personal card (not company/store credit card) No card saved on my account, no transaction history to explain the charges. Customer service line had no idea what I was talking about.

Credit Card Scam WARNING - Do not sign up for Victoria Secret credit card My wife opened an account and has been stuck in a late fee loop. You pay it and VS claims there is still interest remaining. You pay that and then a fee comes. Store will not close the card and no one answers the phone The best way to combat shady practices is vote with your wallet. DO NOT OPEN A CS CARD
