The manager was so rude at Victoria's Secret at the Sherman Oaks, CA, Westfield Mall. And they violated the disability act. My daughter is in a wheelchair and they had two dressing rooms for people with disabilities. When I asked if we could use one of those rooms because her chair doesn't fit in a regular . The manager said no that they are filled with boxes and other things. What was she supposed to do? That is was just the manager. Where should she put those things? I purchased a couple items online. When my order arrived, I had been sent the bottom instead of the top of a bathing suit I ordered. I tried to do the return online and it said to go to the store. I went to the Walden galleria. I waited in line and one of the cashiers blatantly ignored me and walked away. Last Saturday, I took my daughters and her friends shopping at Walnut Creek Victoria's Secret. My daughter was wearing a pink jacket from VS, and her friend found one in the store to match my daughter’s jacket. While we were waiting at the cashier, my daughter found that her friend didn’t have her mom's approval to buy stuff. Victoria secret has reported false information to the credit bureau twice. I have had to dispute it. I have a credit card with them that I don’t use but they continue to repot delinquent payments. When I call them they say “oh sorry, you’re right there is a 0 balance” but say they can’t reverse the report given to transunion. I have closed the account but want it known that Victoria Secret does not have good business practices.

I went in for an exchange at the north park. I purchased three bras from them two weeks prior I had no bras that would fit me. When I walked out of the store I was still shopping so I ran into the bathroom to put one on and wear it. I noticed it didn’t fit but honestly just needed any bra on. They cancelled my order twice without telling me; I was waiting for my clothes to arrive for a trip, and finally called them, and they said they had “connectivity problems “ on their end, the first time, and that they would call me back in an hour; they never did. I ordered a pair of pants from them with letters stitched to the side saying LOVE PINK. I havent washed them yet but I was running late for work and I wanted to wear them so I put them on and immediately noticed that the letters are all falling off.
