Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten and I’ve been getting my nails done for 25 years. Left the store and had to go home and file my nails uneven lopsided absolutely horrible. Do not waste your money.
Just walked into Victoria's nails and Spa the woman says do you have appointment I said No I don't have her appointment She looks up at the ceiling rolls her eyes ,looks back at me and says You got to have an appointment. Can you please take the sign off the door that says walk-ins and appointments! When I came here years ago it's like day and night good customer service years ago now just flat out just rude I don't know if it has something to do with covid or what but just shitty and rude. My teenage daughter and I came here around December 2022. Our experience was A+! They were patient and gentle with us. The guy is funny and the lady is so sweet and kind. We don't get services like such often, as I do our nails myself. When I need a break I will definitely go back. Highly recommended!
I drive 30 minutes out of my way, past MULTIPLE nail salons just to come here for pedicures.The people here are so kind and adorable and they take their time and do an AMAZING JOB! The prices are reasonable unlike a lot of salons these days. PLEASE do yourself a favor and visit this salon! ❤️
