Trinity definitely does not stand for the "Holy Trinity." Christ would not do to people like they do. They will not fix heat in zero degree weather, roaches and bedbugs run rampant. If you complain the so called "owner/manager" in Springdale, AR will say "If you don't like it, move." They rip people off by taking application money for apartments when there is no vacancies, even after posting a sign. They will then make the same person pay several times before they will rent. Trinity does not care about residence. I moved in their property and i have pictures to show how nothings being done. One neighbors ceiling in the living room is caving in. Another 3 neighbors bathrooms ceilings have caved in and are still leaking. My place is a mess. Trinity rarely has staff on site. It's luke they collect rent money and pay ppl for not being at work and they're happy. But we r sad and trying to keep a roof over our kids heads. We want better. This company does not advocate for their tenants at Campus View Apartments in Lawrence, KS. They raise the price of rent and decrease the services for tenants. They no longer cover all tenants internet tiers. The company does not care for the property. There is poop smeared on the walls in the stairway, broken steps, chipped paint, and limited lighting across the entire property.
