These guys just bought out Chateau 68 in Tulsa Oklahoma. This was about a month ago. Since this recent purchase my wife and I had to move unexpectedly due to the life inconvenience that came with the terrible managers they have provided. We just got AC back, which out of our pocket was a hotel stay for us because our daughter has asthma and can't spend all her time in a 90+ degree apartment. I would not recommend anyone to live at Spanish Rock Apartments. When you place maintenance orders for repairs, management is rude with response. My A.C. unit was out for 2 weeks and I told management, they told me that they sent someone out, and that it was fine...however me and my children has to stay with family because we could not stand the heat. Where do I start moving to Arrowhead Estates was the biggest mistake I have ever made in life So for starters when I first moved to the apartment it was supposed to be on of there newly remodeled units yeah right the water was backed up flooded my entire living area if I took shower. Moved "The Eleanor Apartments" in Oklahoma City just after it had been taken over by Trinity Multi-Family, and I only know because they manager bragged about being able to talk them into keeping her and all her employees on; since they had worked here for 17 years prior, supposedly. Things were decent at first, and then, out of nowhere, they began badgering me with small things like telling me I couldn't change the battery in my truck, "Because it's in the lease and on multiple signs around the property." I have lived here for 3 years this company that's taken over mngmt has really cleaned up this complex! The mngr here gets things done in a professional manner we have in the past had to wait for days upon weeks to get things taken care of now things are addressed immediately! I am so much happier with this mngmt !

I have lived in Victorian Village since 2016 and this by far, is the most unprofessionally ran business I have ever experienced. The management staff is exceptionally rude, they do not answer phone calls or return voicemails and their attitudes are very inappropriate. I have had maintenance issue after issue and nothing is ever fixed; simply patched over. These issues range from the carpet being filthy when I moved in to my back door being kicked in March 2017 and the fact that they never repaired the door and its July 2018.... read more
