I lived in a double for 2 years with my wonderful roommate and never had one problem. Jolinda is a GREAT landlord to have!! She's always available and takes care of problems as quickly as possible. Rent is affordable and the rooms are the best! She is also very understanding, if there is ever something that you need help with she is willing to do so. I wouldn't have wanted to spend my last 2 years of college anywhere else! An amazing place to call home.
