I stayed at Victorian Village during my second year at Hocking College. I stayed in a two bedroom, and the price is good compared to other apartments around the area. Jolinda, the landlord, keeps everything really clean and she is very organized with getting things fixed, monthly rent, and move in and move out procedures. I really enjoyed my stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place off campus.
Just moved out of Victorian Village after a 9 month lease. Jolinda was a great landlord!!

Victorian Village is the place to be for Hocking College students or anyone that wants a HIGH quality apt setup with an amazing landlord, Jolinda. Review: I have lived at Victorian Village for over a year and it has been a fantastic place to live. The apartments are well maintained and when something broke Jolinda had it fixed almost immediately (which only happened 2 times). I highly recommend Victorian Village to any students at Hocking College or any persons looking to rent an affordable, clean, well maintained apartment. Jolinda is a fantastic Land Lord.
