RecommendedMade my first apartment experience so memorable. Jolinda, the land lord, never hesitated to help out and went above and beyond when something went wrong with the apartment and always has her tenants back. Highly recommend this place especially because it’s cheaper than dorms at hocking college and you meet a lot of people and make lifelong memories.
I only spent one year at Victorian Village but I had a great experience there! They are very clean and Jolinda and a fantastic landlord.
Definitely the best apartments in Nelsonville for a great price! They are clean and very well kept. Jolinda is THE BEST landlord I have ever had. She always makes sure repairs are done the right way and in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend Victorian Village.
Lived here for a year and a half and couldn’t have had a better experience. Close enough to school to come back in between classes and close to various food options! Jolinda is super helpful with anything you need and the tenants are all nice! 10/10 !
Totally worth a 5/5 rating. I moved into Victorian Village May 2018 because I had Nursing Classes over the summer and I was tired of living in the dorms. Jolinda worked with me and got me in ASAP before my classes started that semester. I never had issues with things in my apartment but I know if I did they would’ve been fixed ASAP. Victorian Village is an ideal place to live if you are commuting to either Hocking College or OU. The rent is affordable, the apartments are spacious and clean, and Jolinda is an excellent landlady. I highly recommend these apartments!
I loved living in the apartments. Jolinda is the best landlord and she is so nice. I definitely recommend living in the apartments if your looking for a cheap place to live that is well taken of.
Apartments seemed very nice for the price. Never had any issues with other tenants and Jolinda was always on top of any issues that may have been had.
