I have to write this review to make others beware!!! I also had to file an Unfair housing complaint with the city council. I live at Victoria Woods. The manager's name is DOREEN. (She is a fairly Tall Caucasian Lady. she has her own office in the office. she is the manager) the other lady in the office is always nice to everybody. Stay away from here. It’s not good and the leasing manager Doreen Laughlin is out to get you for every penny when you move out. The rent increases every year! The apartment does not upgrade. The whole place looks like shanty town. When it rains it floods. Lots of car stealing happens in the parking lot. Trust me, it’s very likely your car or car tag will be stolen.
