I am the activity director at Victoria Villa, and over my career that spans almost 20 years, I have never seen the kind of caring and care as I see at Victoria Villa. No off site management here...Lucy, our owner is here almost day to make sure things go as she wants them to go! I even see her helping to serve meals to make sure our residents are happy with their meal. If not, Lucy gets them something else.
