Terrible receptionists which I’m guessing maybe they aren’t paid very well? But I tried to confirm my appt only to discover the time had been moved without my knowledge, so thankful I found out as we live out of town The time was changed again when we arrived and I was never sent any information for the appt so I came without proper clothing, no info about parking or the building. Our Vacular Surgeon has his office here. Underground parking is available in the building next door. Wheel chair parking (2 spots) is available but rarely is there a spot open. Wheel chair parking (2 spots) is also available out front again rarely is something open. Elevators (x2) are located on the main floor. Since it is an older building they are small so getting your wheelchair in is challenging. Bathrooms were located between floors in the stairwell. I had such a positive experience with Dr. Lee and his staff. Everyone at the office, from the front desk to the nurses in the back, were so kind and welcoming. Dr. Lee is a skilled surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. He performed a vein ligation, which is a small procedure with a massive impact! He really changed my life. I am so thankful for all involved in my top notch care.
