My family and I had an appalling experience with Victoria Surgery Ltd. The staff’s attitude was arrogant, disrespectful, disempowering and not in line with how care standards are today. Healthcare should be patient-centered, respectful of the patient, their family, and their right to autonomy, and especially guided by informed patient consent.
