My children have been going to this practice for 15 years. My kids have had small and big concerns here and there in regards to their health, allergies and scoliosis to name a couple. The practice overall is superb, from the front office to the nurses and the Drs. I live in Chesapeake and I gladly make the 40 minute drive. Dr Strasnick is very thorough and gives her complete attention during my visits. She answers all my concerns and gives sound advice from a parents perspective too. very thankful for her.

I called to make an appointment because my daughter has an ear infection and the person who is responsible for answering the calls for this particular provider answered the phone laughing just completely unprofessional. Then on top of that REFUSED to give me the 2:45 apt that was available saying that my insurance wouldn't cover the one time visit since they aren't her primary doctors. What kind of BS is that?????? she needs to be FIRED. She has no idea how insurance works, nor does she know how to do her job. Oh, and anothe... read more
