Dr Vallee is very informative, professional, and pleasant. I left feeling fully empowered about my condition and options.
Referral was sent months ago by NP then followed up with biopsy results . I emailed them today to query my appt, they have nothing ! I am a healthcare worker and this is very unsatisfactory !! I see by reviews this is a common issue , this needs to be addressed immediately, these are people’s health concerns ! I hope to hear soon , they have asked me to have the NP refax , well that will be another extended wait as there are no appointments to see her either .
Everyone here is absolutely wonderful. They get a lot of grief for their wait times but it's because they're the best so they see a lot of patients. Dr JJ Le Roux is calm, thorough and does a great job at explaining the whole process start to finish.
The people are very friendly & helpful
Personally over the last few years my experience was great .In saying that I recommended my husband. We went together at my appointment, he checked in , waited an hour and a half , then the doctor randomly took him in an office and did a five minute exam ? Not at all a screening …..things must have totally changed . What a terrible experience for him .
