lovely people, very welcoming environment
Nicola W. was assigned to me for trauma counselling. Her passive aggressive energy, belittling comments and taking every opportunity to dismiss me compounded the trauma I was already there for. When I finally called her out she excused her behaviour and called it “creating boundaries”. If you have to act like a bully to put boundaries down, work somewhere else. Many months later Im still shocked someone who works in such a position can get away with acting like that.
Absolutely incredible organization that really helped me and a close friend work through some trauma. I can't recommend them enough!
