After leaving the Lincoln area over 5 years ago, I found myself coming back. Well, let me rephrase that.... I often come back, as my parents still reside there, but now returning for what I can only describe as top notch dental care . After years of neglect on my teeth, I found myself in pain and in a position that I believed didn't give me many options. DDS and the person who cleaned my teeth seemed quite capable and very professional. Hence i will continue to be a patient as the care seemed very good. Since the review asked for feedback in a way that service may be improved I will comply. The only and major complaint i had was--- as i was private pay the office staff seemed overwhelmed with the concept of private pay. This was not 1 person but 3 different people asked me the same question several occasions both when i was in the office and when i called for an appointment.... read more
Everyone there is very good at their profession. They are truly concerned about their patients teeth, gums and general health. The dentist and hygienist advised me to have an ENT check my throat because of something they saw. It turned out to be cancer. Because of them the cacer was caught early and cured.
The technician who cleaned my teeth, the dentist, receptionist and other members of the staff are very friendly and show and interest in my well being. They are knowledgeable and work hard to keep my teeth and gums in good condition.
Dr Mosur was an absolute professional, as was her Staff. Took the time to explain my options and considerations. Virtually everyone in the office was friendly and accommodating. Office is very much into technology. I, without the slightest hesitation, would recommend Dr a Mosur to anyone needing a Dentist.
The office provided information regarding questions I had purchasing an electric tooth brush. Staff provided gentle cleaning of my teeth in a friendly environment.
My husband and I came into the office for our first visit and had a great experience. Dr. Mosur and her staff were great. We'll definitely be coming back.
Dr. Mosur and her staff are very pleasant and professional - a delight to work with.
