This was a complete and professional experience from beginning to end. I was greeted promptly. Once in the exam chair, my dental history was reviewed and updated. Since this was my first visit, Dr. Mosur did a complete review of my teeth as well as doing the cleaning. She pointed out areas of concern and was very clear in her explanations. Pain during the cleaning was minimal and she was very aware of my sensitivity and responded appropriately.

I have had bad experiences in the past with dental visits. I am thankful that I found Victoria Mosur in Lincoln, CA. They are very professional in the way they explain things, and ensure you understand the different options as well as potential risks associated with each option. In addition, they ensure you understand the projected costs associated with each service. I have had 3 visits and each time I have been very pleased with the outcomes.

Dr. Mosur and staff are always friendly, informative, and professional when caring for me. They explain everything they will be doing and advise me about any discomfort I will may feel during the proceedure and what I may experience afterward. During the procedures they always check with me to see how I am.

I am happy to say that Dr. Mosur and staff were friendly/warm and knowledgeable. Dr. Mosur laid out all my options, made a recommendation followed by her rationale. I really appreciate that. Skill and ability goes without saying, but the icing on the cake is how one makes their patients feel. The physical environment too, was homey/comfortable.

I was very impressed with the entire staff at Dr. Mosur's office. I had been going to another local dentist for the past 10 years and decided recently that I didn't think I was getting the proper care that I needed. I am so glad that I chose to switch. I have been seeing Dr. Mosur for almost a year. I am so happy that Worker's Comp approved her to do all the work that needed to be done. She is very professional, yet very caring. She has always answered my many questions and never rushed thru explanations on what procedures were going to be done. Her staff is always courteous and friendly. I wish all companies handled their business with as much concern for their customers!
