this place has gone downhill since the new owners in 2014! one star is too much to be honest. the AC in our unit broke last summer and was leaking. took them 6 months to finally stop the leaks. whenever we'd report the leak they'd just say "put a bucket so the water falls in" really? there's been maybe 4 managers since the sale almost two years ago. We got a UPS package stolen by the first of these four individuals. this most recent one is the rudest one so far. seems to a lack all the people skills. been here for a while an... read more
This place is a joke. Maintenance takes forever. The parking situation is awful. Rent is stupid high for NO Reason. Not to mention there is no rent check drop box. So the office is closed on the 2nd and 3rd of this week when checks are due? That's the stupidest thing I have ever seen. So now I have to pay $100 extra dollars in rent because the office decided to randomly be closed? And you can pay your rent online is a load of crap as well. What a dump! Roaches and garbage everywhere! And by garbage, I mean the manager is always out in the parking lot soliciting sex from tenants! I hate this place!

Management rude. You have to be friendly to them. Boiler keeps going out so there is no hot water. They keep raising the rent. Much better rates elsewhere and a new complex just opened up a block away. A new apartment complex being built at Fondren @Westheimer. 1 star
